Terms of Service

These terms apply to all users of our site, including diners, grocery shoppers, and cottage guests. Our business is registered as Machan Wooden Restaurant and Bar in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka.

本規約は、当サイトのすべてのユーザー（ダイニング利用者、食品購入者、コテージ宿泊者を含む）に適用されます。当社は静岡県富士宮市にて「マチャンウッデンレストラン＆バー」として登録されています。

• Pricing / 価格: All prices listed include Japanese consumption tax. / 表示価格にはすべて日本の消費税が含まれます。
• Order Acceptance / 注文の承諾: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability or incorrect pricing. / 在庫切れや価格設定の誤りがあった場合、注文をお断りまたはキャンセルする権利を有します。
• Delivery / 配送: We aim for fast delivery; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather or courier conditions in Japan. / 迅速な配送を心がけておりますが、配送時間は目安であり、天候や配送業者の状況により変動する場合があります。

• Check-in/Out / チェックイン・チェックアウト: Guests must follow the specified check-in and check-out times. / 宿泊者は指定されたチェックイン・チェックアウト時間を遵守するものとします。
• Guest Registry / 宿泊者名簿: In accordance with Japanese Law, all guests must provide valid ID/Passport information upon check-in. / 日本の法律に基づき、すべての宿泊者はチェックイン時に有効な身分証明書またはパスポートの提示が必要です。
• Damage / 損害: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the cottage property during their stay. / 宿泊中にコテージの設備や備品に損傷を与えた場合、宿泊者がその責任を負うものとします。

Restaurant & Grocery Orders:

• Before Preparation: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After 5 minutes, if the kitchen has started preparation, a 50% refund will be issued to cover food waste costs.
• After Delivery/Collection: No refunds are available for delivered or collected items unless the item is incorrect or spoiled. Please contact us immediately for resolution.

Cottage Bookings:

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your card details, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your purchase or booking.

すべてのお支払いはStripeを通じて安全に処理されます。カード情報を提供することにより、ご購入またはご予約の合計金額を請求することを承認したものとします。

Users may not:

• Provide false information during registration or booking. / 登録または予約時に虚偽の情報を提供すること。
• Interfere with the website's security or operation. / ウェブサイトのセキュリティまたは運営を妨害すること。
• Use the cottage for illegal activities or loud parties that disturb neighbors. / コテージを違法行為や近隣に迷惑を及ぼす騒々しいパーティーに使用すること。

Machan Wooden Restaurant & Cafe is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services, except as required by Japanese consumer law.

マチャンウッデンレストラン＆バーは、日本の消費者法に定められる場合を除き、当社のウェブサイトまたはサービスの利用から生じる間接的損害について責任を負いません。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shizuoka Prefecture.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合、静岡県の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
